Prime Car Wash

Went to have my car cleaned after having a membership with two vehicles here for six years was told I could no longer use my rewards points. Also got my interior cleaned there and it was barely even touched. Complete joke canceled and taking my business somewhere else.

The staff at Prime Car Wash were nice enough and professional. I also want to point out that they were very upfront about their upsell options, which I actually appreciate. I’d much rather have someone clearly explain upgrades than try to sneak them in or assume I won’t notice—so I respect that approach. That said, I wasn’t satisfied with the actual cleaning of my vehicle. For what was supposed to be a more thorough interior clean, it didn’t meet expectations. As you can see in the pictures, the cupholders, center console, floor mats, and even the seats were not cleaned to the level they should have been. It still looked like areas were missed or only lightly wiped down. Overall, the customer service was solid, but the quality of the cleaning itself didn’t match what I paid for or expected. I will never return and will never recommend their services.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Wow, just wow I understand for $27. You’re only gonna get so much trust me I’m not that picky of a person but if there’s stuff in the car that you guys need moved instead of just cleaning around it ask the customer to move it. They will happily move it so they get their $30 worth instead of pretty much just giving you guys the money for nothing. Didn’t even clean or vacuum out crumbs or scuff marks all over my car 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Im not sure I will be coming back to prime car wash. I spent fifty dollars on a wash to have the the inside and outside of the vehicale washed. The outside was great...butwhen I went to go look at the inside, they barely cleaned anything. They didn't clean the center, console the dash and they barely vacuumed. I didn't take pictures of the paper that was still in the cup holders from wrappers and receipts. But they didn't throw away any of the paper that I advised them that needed to be thrown away and the paper that was in the side of the door panels Im selling this vehicle and it doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. But i'm willing to give it another chance, since I talked to the manager kierin, he seemed very professional and polite and was willing to give me a free interior clean next time.I come in so we'll see how it goes next time.

Waste of money. Wasted $49 to get the inside of the car cleaned, but wasn't as the cup holders weren't not cleaned properly. Might not go if they are just going to clean it in a hush hush. I have come to this location before too but they would atleast take 20-25 minutes to clean but they just finished it in 5 minutes. So why should I spend extra if I have to clean the rest of my car. I wish I could add a photo with it.
